Happy “day after Valentine’s Day”

I make plans for pretty much every holiday. I follow through with my plans pretty much never.
One of best friends was going to have a party at her place. A small party. Twenty people, max, and they’d all be close old friends. Her house is big. Her parents are out of town. It was perfect.
But it’s winter and she got sick a few days ago. She still is sick, unfortunately. And I was too lazy to go to another lame party with people I hardly know, so I stayed at home. I baked an angel food cake for the very first time. It turned out… okay.
My dad did go buy some ice cream from La Paloma (the best ice cream place in the world). Gelato in the winter never tasted better.
The heart picture was made with textorizer. It’s a neat little tool that let’s you make pictures with words from another picture. I like it.

I was going to be catching up with a few old friends from high school that day too… it was going to include karaoke!
Sucks it didn’t happen.. but its okay~
